In the Past Where Did Humans Tend to Settle and Why?

In the past the biggest population of people tended to settle in the areas that would best suit there farm, because they didn't have restaurant and stores that would make there lives easy like we do, they had to do it all them selves. So by saying this they of course needed to find a place where the climates good, this was the biggest prioraty/worry they had when choosing a place to live, because how could they grow food if its all try and every living thing is falling apart and dying, or the exact oppisite where its to rainy and nothing can die because it didn't even grow out yet. So basicly they needed to find a place that would balance out the rain and to sun. The second thing they looked for in the area that they wanted to settle in was the topography, if the place had to much mountains or the dry season was to long stuff like that. So they had a very difficult job when it came to setteling in places. Also keep in mind that most of the cities we have today were made from farms where are ancisters use to work hard everyday to get supplies they needed to survive one more day. I will repeat once more that when it came to picking a place to live there where a lot of needs that had to be fulfilled {in other words, it was a hard job to do.}
People from the past are more clever then we think

  1. Ummm... I guess I liked it that you explained it well... sort of... but please never again write red on black: my eyes were hurting after the first line. For anyone else reading this, I recommend that, using the mouse, you cover the text so that it's white on blue instead of red on white.
